Hello everyone . We are currently looking for a stay-in 2 caregivers 12hours shift per day. Both male and female applicants are welcome, but male is preferred since the patient is a bedridden male and slightly heavy (Dutch national).

👤 Patient details:
• 74 years old
• With dementia
• Bedbound and fully dependent in ADLs

The caregiver will assist with daily care, hygiene, feeding, medication reminders, and repositioning, ensuring the patient’s comfort and safety at all times.

It’s frustrating how some people talk so loudly about things they barely understand. Instead of taking time to learn the facts, they spread opinions, assumptions, and judgment as if they’re experts. In a time when accurate information is easily accessible, choosing ignorance over education only fuels stigma and unnecessary negativity. Conversations about sensitive health issues should be grounded in facts, empathy, and respect not careless words. ‼️

Hello Everyone im looking for someone qualified to handle a post-op ORIF patient (currently NWB – non-weight bearing). 2 Caregivers and 2 Nurses

Patient condition includes:
✔ Proper bed positioning required
✔ Strict post-operative precautions
✔ Safe patient handling
✔ Dementia patient currently very agitated, especially due to pain

We need someone with REAL hands-on experience in post-surgical and dementia care.Patient safety and proper management are our top priority.
