Craving a delicious stir-fry that's full of flavour? This homemade stir-fry sauce is the answer! It's quick to make, perfectly balanced with savoury, sweet, and tangy notes, and will take your stir-fries to the next level.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup light soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Pour into a pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Use your favourite stir-fry ingredients immediately or store them in the fridge for up to a week.

Easy Sweet and sour Sauce!

Homemade Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe

So easy to make and it taste delicious!

Recipe:
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsps ketchup
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsps water +
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp black pepper

Steps:
In a large cup, add pineapple juice, vinegar, ketchup, white sugar, and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.
On a separate cup, add water and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.

In a saucepan, add the pineapple juice mixture. Whisk and mix till the sugar dissolves. Add the cornstarch mixture and mix well. Keep whisking in low heat to medium heat until the sauce thickens. Add ground black pepper. Mix and ready to use.

Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.

Orange Chicken with homemade Sauce

If you want a restaurant quality sauce, homemade is the best choice!

Ingredients:
2 chicken breast- cubes
2 eggs
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
Oil for frying

Orange Sauce:
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons water plus 1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

Steps:
In a bowl, add sliced chicken, salt, paprika and eggs. Mix well. Then, dip into the flour and cornstarch mixture. Repeat the process.
In a large pan, add oil about 1/4 cup. Fry the chicken in batches till golden brown. Set aside.

Prepare the sauce:
In a small bowl, add all ingredients except orange juice. Mix well.

In the same pan or large wok. Add the orange juice. Then, slowly pour the sauce mixture into the pan. Whisk till combined. Cook in medium low heat. Simmer till the sauce thickens. Add the fried chicken. Mix well to combine. Garnish some sesame seeds. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
