Maraming naniniwala sa mga tradisyunal na pamamaraan tulad ng bawang, s**a, dahon ng bayabas, o iba pang herbal na gamot sa kagat o kalmot. Ngunit ang mga ito hindi pumipigil sa rabies at maaari pang makasama sa sugat.

Ang rabies ay halos palaging nakamamatay kapag lumitaw na ang sintomas. Ang tanging epektibong paraan ng proteksyon ay ang agarang konsultasyon at anti-rabies vaccination. Huwag ipagsapalaran ang kalusugan sa mga home remedies.

Sa Rabies Buster Animal Bite Center, maaasahan ang tamang gamutan at anti-rabies vaccination mula sa mga DOH-certified na doktor at nurse. Kaya panatag ang loob mong magpabakuna dito.
