Pinapayuhan po ang lahat ng mga pasyenteng may planong magpatingin o magpagamot sa nasabing mga araw na magtungo sa ibang available na dental facility kung kinakailangan, o bumalik sa regular na schedule ng Dental Clinic pagkatapos ng mga nabanggit na petsa.

Humihingi po kami ng paumanhin sa anumang abalang maidudulot nito at lubos na nagpapasalamat sa inyong pang-unawa at kooperasyon.

Narito ang iskedyul ng ultrasound sa NPPH para sa mga nais magpa-check.

Kinakailangang may request mula sa doktor at sundin ang tamang preparation depende sa uri ng ultrasound. Inaabisuhan ang lahat na dumating nang mas maaga para sa maayos na proseso at dalhin ang kinakailangang dokumento at valid ID.

Para sa karagdagang impormasyon, makipag-ugnayan sa NPPH o mag-message sa official page.

Sa lahat po ng mga mommy na nagdadalang-tao, ang miyerkules po ay nakalaan para sa inyong prenatal check-up.
Huwag pong kalimutang dalhin ang inyong
✔prenatal record
✔ultrasound results
✔at mga laboratory results.
Bisitahin ang OPD Section. Magpaaga po tayo dahil first come, first served ang ating sistema.
Ang regular na prenatal check-up ay mahalaga upang masubaybayan ang kalusugan ni mommy at ng inyong baby.

Narito po ang schedule ng mga doktor para sa Outpatient Consultation.

Paalala po na ang oras ng konsultasyon ay mula 8:00 AM hanggang 2:00 PM lamang (cut-off).

Mangyaring dalhin ang mga mahahalagang dokumento tulad ng:
• Laboratory results
• Diagnostic test results
• Mga dating medical records
• Reseta o prescription
Makakatulong ang mga ito upang maging mas mabilis at maayos ang inyong pagpapatingin.

Inaanyayahan namin ang lahat ng nangangailangan ng dental services na bumisita sa OPD, Lunes hanggang Biyernes, mula 8:00 AM hanggang 2:00 PM lamang. Paalala po na first come, first served ang ating serbisyo, kaya't mas mabuting pumunta nang maaga. Maraming salamat!

Pwede po kayo magpa-check up o magpatingin sa inyong dental concerns. Bumisita lamang sa OPD ng NPPH, lunes hanggang byernes mula 8am to 2pm lamang.
