This is in line with Proclamation No. 656 issued by the Office of the President, declaring Friday, 20 September 2024, a special non-working day in the nearby municipalities of Naga City in observance of the Peñafrancia Festival 2024.

Since April 15, 2024, plastic driver’s license cards have been ready for you! But some drivers still haven’t claimed theirs. We’re here to remind you—your official plastic license card is waiting!

LTO Region V is urging everyone who was issued a paper driver’s license to head to the LTO Office where you got it and get your plastic card printed.

Matagal na po nating inanunsyo na may plastic cards na. Kailangan niyo lang pumunta sa opisina para i-print ito. This means no more waiting—you can finally hold your driver’s license card in your hands!

Don’t miss out! Here’s how:

1. Visit the LTO District Office where you received your paper license;

2. Bring your temporary paper license and official receipt (OR); and

3. Present your documents for the processing and printing of your Driver’s License card.

This is your chance to swap that paper for a sturdy, official plastic license card. Drive with confidence knowing your card is finally ready!
