Amidst the achievements and gains of the company lies the simple beginnings of Parañaque Ultrasound Diagnostic Center, Incorporated. From the people who painstakingly started it all, it is now composed of committed and dedicated workers giving out their best. The initial operations humbly started with a simple, refurbished ultrasound machine. Now it boasts of complete diagnostic equipment ready to
face the challenges of a modern diagnostic procedures. The first branch officially started its operations last February 15, 1989 at Gabriel Building, Don Galo, Parañaque City. A group of professionals and entrepreneurs established what is now called Parañaque Ultrasound Diagnostic Center, Incorporated with ultrasound as its first diagnostic service and the branch being in Parañaque - the reason for coining the name of the company. For two years, ultrasound was the only diagnostic procedure being offered by the company in a small, rented room at the second floor of Gabriel Building. When the first floor was vacated and was offered to the company, it paved the way for an expansion of operation. At about this time, a second branch was established at Casquejo Building, Baclaran, Parañaque CIty offering ultrasound, x-ray, laboratory and ECG. Two years later, additional branches were established with the opening of Aniban branch as the first branch in Bacoor, Cavite, followed by branches in Bacoor Talaba and Molino, both in Bacoor and Salawag, Dasmariñas, all in Cavite; Protacio Hospital in Paranaque and a satellite branch in Malibay, Pasay City. Recently, a satellite branch at the Bacoor District Hospital was put up. Today, the company has nine branches and still hoping to add a few more. The vision, projection and the positive values of the first incorporator still holds true up to the present. The pioneers who started it all are still active and at the helm of leadership and looking forward to more successes and accomplishments. The company is not only providing work and livelihood, but also provides quality diagnostic services to our countrymen. The company does not only contribute to the economic developments of local government units, but also extends assistance to the poor and marginalized sectors of the society. At present, the company offers diagnostic procedures in various areas: drug testing, pre-employment medical examination, annual examination, ultrasound, CT Scan, 2D echo, x-ray, ECG, 24 hours ambulance services and complete laboratory examinations. The company is proud of its history, aware of its contributions, and is very happy and satisfied of its growth and gains and very grateful of the men and women who were part of its legacy, achievements and sterling performances.
