Earlier today, in celebration of Womenโ€™s Month, CFSI - Community and Family Services International, in collaboration with Gems Heart Outreach Devt. Inc., conducted a Mental Health Awareness session for the students of Pasay City Science High School.

The session created a space for students to learn about the importance of mental health, recognize their emotions and explore healthy ways to cope with stress and challenges. Students were also encouraged to support one another and prioritize their overall well-being.

Through conversations like these, we empower young people to build a more supportive and mentally healthy community.

Women continue to demonstrate that leadership, talent, culture, and excellence have no gender limits. In every profession, role and in community, they keep rising, dreaming and leading.
