Another OR Case:
Surgical removal of all 3rd molars under general anesthesia with supplemental local anesthesia.
The patient is a known case of Cerebral Palsy. The patient’s family requested hospital admission for preoperative clearance and post-surgical monitoring. After evaluation, the anesthesiology service recommended performing the surgery under general anesthesia instead of conscious sedation to ensure patient’s safety and comfort.
