This game shows that men and women are equally competitive but they approach competition with different styles and tactics. The adrenaline rush of pitting one against the other allows more tendency for our elders to challenge their cognitive skills. Truly a fruitful activity that is both extremely fun and fulfilling.

Re-learning skills development is one of the key goals of our Home to help our elders against cognitive decline.

Through this simple activity of doing actions using visual support, our patients learn the value of discipline to follow instructions and challenge their thinking process.

We are delighted to witness our patients carry out this task with such ease and breeze!

It was another day of art and crafts for our elders as they painted leaves with colorful pastels which were transferred to a plain white canvass.

The activity provided our patients a moment of calmness and creativity.

Target shooting! 🤩💦🔫🎈

A little ray of sun, water gun, lots of balloons were all it took to give our elders a fun and safe target shooting experience.

It was such a beneficial mental and physical workout for our elders towards cognitive fitness, improved visual tracking and better posture and core strength. It was an enjoyable stress relief task which required a steady and clear mind to be able to achieve the goal of the activity.

It was a fun afternoon of competitive game among our care staff and elderly patients. More than challenging the cognitive skills of our patients, it was the collaborative spirit and familial love that made the activity truly heartwarming.
