Doc, okay ba to? ☺️

*“DOC, OKAY BA TO ?”* 🤔

If you’ve ever asked, “Doc, okay ba ‘to?” — this session is for you.

Join us this March 28, 2026 (Saturday) from 9:00–10:00 AM as we demystify common breastfeeding myths, clarify when babies are truly ready for solids, guide you through bottle weaning, and proper nutrition for growing toddlers.

Whether you’re a first-time parent or a seasoned caregiver, this year’s first _IPLA Coffee and Conversations_ webinar titled *“Doc, okay ba to? 3 B’s Para kay Baby”* will give you practical, evidence-based answers — so you can feed your little one with confidence, not confusion.

One egg a day! 😊

Tip: Pair it with fruits and veggies for a balanced plate

📌 A gentle reminder for everyone ❤️

Our clinic page is meant for general inquiries—
✔️ clinic hours
✔️ doctor availability
✔️ appointment scheduling
✔️ basic clinic information

It is not the right platform for:
❌ medical diagnosis
❌ treatment plans
❌ medication advice
❌ managing ongoing or serious symptoms

Health concerns—especially those involving fever, pain, breathing problems, or symptoms lasting several days—need proper medical evaluation. These can’t be safely assessed through comments or messages alone.

Every patient deserves:
🩺 a complete history
🩺 a proper physical exam
🩺 individualized medical advice

For your child’s (or your own) safety, please book a consultation (online or in person) so we can take care of you the right way .

Thank you for understanding and helping us keep care safe, ethical, and responsible.

Why do asthma attacks spike in December–January?
Cold weather, viral infections, and smoke from firecrackers irritate the airways, making asthma harder to control during this season.

Asthma season reminders:
✔️ Take your maintenance medications DAILY as prescribed
✔️ Avoid all kinds of smoke (firecrackers, candles, yosi)
✔️ Always bring your rescue inhaler or nebulizer, especially when traveling (bring Salbutamol nebules)
✔️ Bring a pulse oximeter when traveling, if available
✔️ Limit exposure to dust, cold air, and strong scents
✔️ If traveling to remote areas, ask your doctor for ready prescriptions in case of flares
🚨 WARNING SIGNS — go to ER or consult IMMEDIATELY if your child:
• Has difficulty breathing or fast breathing
• Is speaking only in words or short phrases
• Has chest retractions (lumalalim ang paghinga)
• Is not improving after using the rescue inhaler
• Has low oxygen reading or bluish lips
• Looks very tired or lethargic
Oxygen saturation less than 95%
