Ang UVA1 phototherapy ay isang espesyal na uri ng light therapy na maaaring gamitin bilang bahagi ng gamutan para sa iba’t ibang kondisyon sa balat, kabilang ang atopic dermatitis, scleroderma, prurigo nodularis, at iba pa.

Iilan lamang ang mga ospital sa bansa ang nag-aalok ng UVA1 phototherapy—at isa na rito ang Rizal Medical Center.

Good day doctors! We are currently recruiting adults aged 18–59 years with patchy alopecia areata of the scalp for a clinical study evaluating the efficacy and safety of combination 308-nm excimer laser and intralesional triamcinolone treatment at the Rizal Medical Center Department of Dermatology.

Eligible participants will receive free study-related treatment and a transportation allowance for scheduled visits.
