Ano ang dapat gawin after ma stroke? 🤔

Bukod sa pag papa check up, alam mo ba na ang maagang pag-eehersisyo (kasunod ng clearance mula sa doktor) ay nakatutulong sa mabilis na pagpapalakas ng katawan, nagpapanumbalik ng balanse at kadaliang kumilos, at nagpapatalas ng kaisipan. 👩‍⚕️🏃

Sinusuportahan din nito ang neuroplasticity, kung saan muling nag-uugnay ang utak upang mabawi ang mga nawalang kakayahan. 👍💪

Kaya kung may kamag-anak o kaibigan na nakaranas ng STROKE, mag pa check up sa pinakamalapit na health facility para mabigyan ng kinauukulang lunas at tamang gabay. 🏥
