The Department of Health โ Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) SOCCSKSARGEN recognized outstanding healthcare facilities during the conduct of Newborn Care Program (NCP) Implementation Review and Strategic Planning Workshops held on February 24 to March 27, 2026.
These facilities were commended for achieving zero unsatisfactory newborn screening samples in 2025โan indicator of excellence in specimen collection, handling, and overall quality of newborn care services.
