ALAM MO BA KUNG ANO ANG FSMR?

Hindi natatapos ang fire safety sa pag-install ng FDAS o Automatic Fire Suppression System (AFSS).

Kailangan din itong regularly inspected, tested, maintained, at properly documented para masigurong operational ang mga fire protection systems kapag kailangan na talaga.

📋 FSMR — Fire Safety Maintenance Report

Ang FSMR ay compilation ng maintenance at testing records ng inyong fire protection and life-safety systems at, kapag applicable, isinusumite during the regular annual fire safety inspection as part of the requirements for FSIC/business permit renewal.

🚨 FDAS
Regular inspection, functional testing, preventive maintenance, at documentation ng fire alarm control panel, detectors, manual stations, alarm devices, power supplies, at iba pang components.

💦 AFSS
Inspection, testing, at maintenance ng automatic suppression system—including applicable pumps, valves, sprinklers, piping, water supply, at related components.

⚠️ Important:
Annual ang FSMR submission, pero ang maintenance ay hindi once a year lang. Different system components require different inspection and testing schedules throughout the year.
