Ipinapabatid sa lahat na ang Psychiatry and Mental Health OPD ng Quirino Memorial Medical Center ay bukas mula 8:00 AM hanggang 12:00 NN lamang ngayong Setyembre 10, 2026 (Huwebes) dahil sa inaasahang patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan mula sa pinalakas na Habagat (enhanced Southwest Monsoon). Ang pagsasaayos na ito sa oras ng serbisyo ay alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 135.

Paalala: Mananatiling bukas at handang maglingkod ang Emergency Department at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyong pangkalusugan ng QMMC para sa mga agarang pangangailangan.

Para sa mga Urgent (Psychiatric) Concerns at Emergency:
Maaari kayong dumiretso agad sa Emergency Room ng National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) o sa alinmang ospital na may psychiatric emergency facilities.

8:00 AM – 12:00 NN: OPD Consultations (Scheduled only)
12:00 NN – 5:00 PM: Inquiries and Scheduling

April 2 – April 5, 2026 (Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday)
CLOSED

Resumption of Services
Regular operations for the OPD Clinic and DPMH Messenger will resume on Monday, April 6, 2026.

Emergency Assistance
For urgent psychiatric concerns during the break, please proceed immediately to the Emergency Room or the nearest psychiatric emergency facility.
