We had a very special guest who walked through our doors this morning!📽️ 📹

Meet Igor (I Am Igor), a brave and absolutely adorable 9yo dog who was born with a rare congenital condition called Short Spine Syndrome.
He was so luckily to be adopted and rescued from the street by Ma'am Weng when he was still 3months old.

Despite his unique, compact appearance, Igor is full of life, love, and a playful spirit that completely stole our hearts earlier! ❤️

Eevee’s pawrents made the loving and responsible decision to have her spayed!

She was having a hard time conceiving, alongside dealing with irregular heat cycles and tricky "silent heats."

​Additionally, Eevee has been dealing with some extra weight and is currently obese. Recognizing the strain this puts on her senior joints and overall health, her dedicated pet parents have already put her on a regulated diet to help her get back into a healthy shape!

Surgeries can sometimes hold a few medical surprises and upon opening, we discovered that Eevee was actually in heat and actively in estrus, accompanied by a significantly enlarged uterus.

Hormonal fluctuations and uterine changes like this are precisely why spaying is so beneficial. Leaving older unspayed females intact puts them at higher risk for serious conditions like pyometra, ovarian cysts, and reproductive tumors.
