We wish to inform you that White Plains, Katipunan has been reclassified as a RESIDENTIAL ZONE. Quezon City government is no longer issuing/ renewing business permits to any establishment in the area (only mini sari-sari stores and small barber shops are allowed).

A petition has already been filed by the White Plains Business Council to allow for re-commercialization. We maintain our stand against circumventing the law and authority but with all due respect to the parties involved, we also believe that it's about time to accept reality that the entire stretch of Katipunan Avenue has long evolved into a commercial area and must be reclassified as such.

While most shops continue their operations, pending resolution of the case, we decided to respect the current zoning ordinance and shall resume operations only when all legal and regulatory matters are in order.

Meantime, those with existing memberships and valid gift certificates and vouchers, you may email us at [email protected] or leave us a message in our Home Rituals page and our Customer Service team will get back to you right away on how and where to avail/ claim your prepaid and/or complimentary treatments. We shall work around the most convenient option/s for you.

You may also visit our corporate offices (Cytherea Global Spa & Wellness Solutions, Cytherea Global Cosmetics, Home Rituals, Aiden & Andie, SpaRitual Philippines, Massada Philippines) at 134 Katipunan Avenue, St Ignatius, Quezon City. Business hours are from 8am to 5pm.
