EXCELLENT Community CARE Center (ECCC) duly accredited with the Department of Health (DOH), was founded and established in October 22,1999.

ECCC is a private custodial Psychiatric Rehabilitation Homecare which caters to persons with Psychiatric or Mental Disorder such as:

• Schizophrenia
• Depression
• Mania
• Bipolar disorders
• Personality/Conduct disorders
• Drugs & Alcohol induced psychosis
• and other Psychiatric/Mental Health concerns
