We are pleased to offer a Free Psychological Assessment Service for individuals seeking to better understand their psychological functioning and well-being.

This service will be conducted by trained clinical interns under the supervision of a registered psychologist, ensuring that the assessment process remains ethical, guided, and supportive.

Important Disclaimer:

• This service provides psychological assessment only. We do not offer pre-employment psychological testing or standalone IQ testing services.
• Results will be shared through a feedback session only; no hard copy of the assessment results will be released.
• As cases are handled by clinical interns, there may be a waiting period, and we may not be able to accommodate all applicants immediately.

Eligibility:

• At least 18 years old
• Willing to share personal information and experiences as part of the assessment process
• Resides in Quezon City or is willing to travel to our clinic (2nd Floor Virka Building, 1191 EDSA, Corner Fernando Poe Jr. Ave., Quezon City)

This assessment is intended for personal use and aims to provide helpful insights and recommendations in a professional setting.

Happy Pride Month! 🌈

Pride Month is a time to recognize and support the identities and experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals. It is also an important opportunity to raise awareness about mental health.

Many members of the LGBTQIA+ community continue to experience stigma, discrimination, and social pressure. These experiences can contribute to stress, anxiety, and emotional distress, especially when support systems are limited (Psychological Association of the Philippines, 2020).

Research shows that supportive environments such as family acceptance, safe spaces, and access to inclusive mental health services can significantly improve well-being (The Trevor Project, 2019).

As a community, we can help by listening without judgment, respecting identities, and creating spaces where people feel safe and valued. Small actions can make a meaningful difference. Let's help create environments where everyone feels seen and supported.

Mental health care should be inclusive and accessible for everyone.

Strengthening partnerships for holistic psychosocial care and community reintegration.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office Caraga formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Gestalt Neuropsychological and Psychological Center on May 25, 2026, at the DSWD Caraga Regional Office. This collaboration aims to reinforce the implementation of initiatives under the Pag-abot Program and expand access to professional psychological and psychosocial support services within the Caraga Region.

The partnership seeks to provide beneficiaries with a safe, structured, and evidence-based environment for mental health interventions, addressing psychological concerns through responsive and ethical service delivery. Through this joint effort, both institutions aim to strengthen the quality and accessibility of psychosocial programs that promote recovery, resilience, and overall well-being among program beneficiaries.

This agreement further reflects DSWD Caraga’s continuing commitment to delivering comprehensive social welfare services by integrating mental health and psychosocial support alongside social and material assistance for individuals and families in vulnerable situations.

The Pag-abot Program, one of the flagship initiatives of DSWD under the leadership of Secretary Rex Gatchalian, is designed to assist street-dwelling individuals and families in transitioning away from homelessness through sustainable interventions, social protection services, and opportunities for safer and more stable living conditions.
