One of the things that Tony Perez created (it’s his birthday btw, Mar.31, Happy Bday Tony and enjoy wherever realm/plane you are in!) is a special meditation called the “Tower of Light” for the Spirit Questors group. And as an offshoot organization, we employ this both in our “Psychism 101” public workshop, and most especially when we hold a circle in our Quests.

The Tower of Light, or TOL as we call it, is a meditation that helps ease our brain waves into the Alpha state—so we can immediately access our subconscious and intuition, which makes us better in seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and sensing elements that exist, or come from, the spiritual realm. Aside from energizing us and enabling us to open up, the TOL exercise helps to protect or shield us from negative energies or entities.

There is one last special thing about the TOL as well…and a beautiful one at that. There is a part in the meditation wherein participants are asked to drain themselves off of their dark emotions and heavy energies. These come in the forms of regret, anger, hatred, grief, envy, and all manner of nasties that seep into the human psyche. This is visualized as black goo oozing out from your chest and chucked into a crystal ball in front of you; and then you lift it up and make it go towards the Sun where it bursts into multi-colored brilliant positive sparks of light that goes back to the Earth to shower you. This represents the enduring capacity of the Human will and spirit to transform negative energy into a positive one. Energy is neither created nor destroyed, so we work for positive transformation. Then, we visualize pink light emanating from our heart/center of the chest—in tandem with thinking of all the memories or thoughts that made us know and feel Love. This pink light, or love energy, then grows out of you, blankets your space and the people in it, and eventually covers every nook and cranny of the planet. All species and forms of life and consciousness is enveloped with Love. This is a noteworthy element that Tony Perez baked into the design of our TOL. This encapsulates one of our top 3 main rules in the group: to practice and exact Unconditional Love. He created the SQ group not only to address paranormal problems or to teach metaphysical and psychical lessons. He also wanted to train the Questors to become better citizens of this country and a loving steward of this world. Every Quest that we enter is also a quest of Self. In every experience we come out more aware of our purpose, and our connection with others and in relation to the golden rule.

Some studies associated with the Maharishi Effect suggest that when a critical number of people engage in collective spiritual practices, there may be a measurable impact on collective harmony, including reductions in crime. This is what we also aim for: to share the TOL as a tool for protection; maintaining an energetic hygiene; and most importantly, in spreading the energy of Love. There is a reason why they say that Love is the most powerful energy we can both harness and give. Love indeed can shape our reality and change our world.

It was a full (and a fulfilling one at that!) day at the Mystic Market last Sunday. We held our annual “Psychism 101” workshop at the Conference Room A of Bayanihan Center, a big thanks to Sticker Con MNL for granting us the venue. The funds raised will be for the 3rd training of the organization’s current trainees group: Pangkat Sinag.

Co-founders Peachie Dioquino-Valera and Ryan Valera were also interviewed twice on stage about the usual items when it comes to their paranormal cases: the processes and observations, by-laws, case studies and resolutions.

The co-founders drove too the message about importance of tolerance and respect towards the Spiritualism and Mysticism community as there are multiple ways in practicing beliefs, which are geared towards transcendence, kindness, healing, and contributing to the common good.

Extra delighted as spot.ph expressed interest in covering the LightSeers for this month, and with that feature the group had a photo documentary coverage and a special photo session with the group’s favorite Filipino professional photographer and photojournalist, Jilson Tiu!! Excited na kami makita ang dramatic shots! 😍🤩 We are sure that it’s gonna be awesome.

Equally excited too for the outcome of Spot’s article since we were aligned on the storytelling－wherein Spiritualism, Psychic Phenomenon, and our Paranormal Quest Cases be demystified and made accessible to the public. Highlighting that there need to be an awareness and compassionate understanding of the psychic and paranormal realities of man. It’s not all scares and thrills. In fact, our cases teach us how to be better humans, better souls. Both members and Agents (the ones we help) experience profound spiritual wisdom during our otherworldly encounters. It makes us understand not only Death, but Life and living as well. 🕉️✨
