The course is both a classroom and practicum mode and so we invite dedicated teachers who wanted to apply what they will learn and not just to earn continuing education units.

Dear moms 🤰👩‍🍼 to be and new moms, I wish to invite you back to your breath and movement with prenatal and post natal yoga.

This is an online session and I will start on one-on-one for 30 minutes. For expectant mommies, new moms and even with their infant 👶, via Google Meet. The first 5 (five) to avail gets the introductory rate of P500 per session.
