The past few weeks have been challenging. As we witness or experience the devastation brought by recent typhoons, violence in schools, and the consequences of a lack of accountability, may we never allow ourselves to become indifferent.

May God give us the courage to care, the wisdom to discern what is right, and the compassion to act for the good of our kapwa.

May we carry malasakit with us as a way of life.

May we be part of the ginhawa our world so deeply needs.
