Requirements: Diploma, TOR, Board Rating, PRC License, Certificates of Training & Seminars, 2×2 ID Photo, Curriculum Vitae, Certificate of Internship, and a Letter of Intent addressed to Dr. Karl Marvin M. Tan and Dr. Eli Paulino F. Madrona.

Veterans Memorial Medical Center Department of Urology, at sa pakikipagtulungan ng Philippine Urologic Association at ng Philippine Society of Uro-Oncology, ay magsasagawa ng National Digital Re**al Examination Day sa Oktubre 11, 2025, mula 8:00AM hanggang 12:00PM para sa ating mga minamahal na Veteran patients, at sa mga civilian patients.

Magkakaroon din ng isang FREE lay forum na tatalakay sa mahahalagang kaalaman tungkol sa mga sakit sa prostate at prostate cancer, para sa mga Veteran at civilian patients.

Important dates to remember:
Deadline of submission of requirements - September 16, 2025
Exam date - September 18, 2025
Start of pre-residency - October 1, 2025
