Your effort is not a waste 💕

That fear of failing after putting in so much effort, it's heavy.

But failing doesn’t define you. It's just a part of your story and a proof of your courage. And sometimes, it’s in those “failures” that we learn the most about ourselves—what works, what doesn’t, and what truly matters to us.

And if you really fail, I know you'll figure out the next step, like you always do.

You are not too much 💕

You are not too much 💕

They may call you “too emotional.”
But from where we stand,
we see courage.

Sa likod ng bawat luha,
may kwento ng pagbangon.

Sa likod ng bawat pagod,
may lakas na patuloy na lumalaban.

Ngayong Buwan ng Kababaihan,
we honor your courage to feel and your strength to keep going.

FEELING attacked doesn’t necessarily mean BEING attacked. We can work on handling complaints without being defensive by changing how we perceive them.

Not every disability is visible,
but every story deserves to be understood.

As we mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities,
we choose compassion over assumptions,
access over barriers,
and mental health care that meets every person
exactly where they are. 💙

You Don’t Need to “Forgive Yourself” for the Pain You Received

One of the most confusing pieces of advice survivors of narcissistic abuse often hear is “forgive yourself.”

At first, it sounds deep. Like they’re expecting you to go, “Wow, what a powerful, spiritual way to heal.”

But pause for a second. Forgive yourself for what exactly?
For being abused?
For not knowing better?
For wanting love?

Come on. That phrase makes it sound like the victim raised their hand and volunteered to suffer.

The idea that someone “allowed” the abuse is outdated and ignorant.

That’s not healing advice. That’s victim-blaming dressed in spiritual language. Full article here: https://open.substack.com/pub/dockili/p/you-dont-need-to-forgive-yourself?r=51z0p2&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web
