Honestly, my answer is always:

“Better for what?” 🤍

Because in aesthetic medicine, there isn’t one treatment that is simply the best for everyone.

Rejuran.
JuveLook.
Lenisna.
HiloWave.

Different tools.
Different purposes.
Different patients.

What makes sense for you depends on what we’re actually trying to improve—your skin, your anatomy, your concern, your goals, and what you want to preserve.

My honest answer?

Better for what? 🤍

Because when it comes to aesthetic treatments, I don't believe there is one treatment that is simply the best.

There are different tools.
And different concerns need different considerations.

You might be hearing about PRX-PLUS, Rejuran, JuveLook, Lenisna, HiloWave…

And it's completely understandable to ask:

“Which one should I get?”

But that's not where I start.
I start with:

Ano ba talaga ang concern?
What are we trying to improve?
What do we want to preserve?

Because two patients can have the same concern but still need completely different approaches.

And sometimes…

But here's something I want patients to understand:
Being injectable doesn't automatically mean that the goal is to add more volume.

Before recommending any treatment, we need to understand:

From Diplomate → Fellow, this milestone is something I’m deeply grateful for.

But becoming a Fellow is not simply about adding another title after my name.

For me, it means greater responsibility to keep learning, stay updated with evolving science and technology, and continuously refine the way I care for my patients.

Aesthetic medicine is constantly evolving.

New technologies emerge.
New evidence becomes available.
Techniques improve.
And our understanding of skin, aging, and beauty continues to grow.

As physicians, we owe it to our patients to grow with it.

Because when you entrust your face, your skin, your confidence—and ultimately your well-being—to a doctor, you deserve someone who doesn't stop learning.

I’m grateful to be part of the PAPSHPI family, surrounded by colleagues who continue to challenge, teach, and inspire me.

And I understand why it's interesting to patients.

No traditional injections.

A different treatment experience.

But here's what I don't want:

Good aesthetic care isn't about how many treatments you can fit into one visit.

It's about knowing what matters most, what makes sense, and what should come first.

Because one patient may have several concerns—texture, pigmentation, elasticity, volume, or structural changes—but that doesn't automatically mean everything needs to be addressed immediately.

At SkinFlourishMD, we look at:

CONCERN → ASSESSMENT → GOAL → PRIORITY → PLAN

Sometimes the right approach is a single treatment.
Sometimes it's a combination.
Sometimes it's better to sequence treatments and reassess along the way.
