We're officially 6 weeks post-op, and the patient is making solid progress, steadily gaining strength, stability, and control.
Here's what's new and what we've progressed:
1. Leg Press: Now pushing 100-120kg with controlled range
2. Leg Extensions: Introduced in partial and safe range only.
3. Stationary Bike: Increased resistance.
4. Clamshells: Strengthening the glutes for better hip and knee stability
5. Balance & Proprioception Drills: Building neuromuscular control and joint awareness
