Every participant will be given Certificates of Attendance and Appearance, regardless of the score in the post-test.

•The link for the Post Test and Evaluation Form can be accessed until TODAY, March 29, 2026, 11:59 PM.
•Downloading of certificates will be extended for one month until April 30, 2026.

Please ensure that you download your certificates immediately after submiting your post-test and evaluation form

Personal QR Code for Pre-registered Delegates

●To streamline the registration process, all pre-registered delegates are required to secure their personal QR code prior to attending the convention.

●To obtain your QR code:
1. Scan the QR Code
2. Enter your registration code and 7 digit PRC number
3. Click [ACCESS DETAILS]
4. Download and save your personal QR Code for presentation at the venue
