Let me share again another Finished Case!

This patient had previous Orthodontic Treatment, but the Midlines, the Canine Relationships, and the Sharp Curve of Spee were not corrected.

All those mentioned above were corrected!♥️♥️♥️

THE OCCLUSAL CANTING WAS ALSO CORRECTED!☺️

Please read the Literature about why the C.O.S. should be flattened.

And as always I will try my best to finish Cases according to the Standards set by my Mother Organization, the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR ORTHODONTICS.♥️♥️♥️

This is a Simple Retreatment Case. But I sort of tweaked the biomechanics to achieve stability and prevent future reopening of the Diastema.

Simple but if we don't understand the Biology of Tooth Movement, this will always relapse.

Correct Mechanics + Proper Retention = Stability.

I am still adjusting to my Uber Toxic Work - Study Schedule at the University of the East College of Dentistry, but it' s still the usual at my Clinic, that is Finishing Orthodontic Case according to International Standards!

Taking this opportunity to remind my Students of our Upcoming Quizzes, the Midterms are just around the Corner!

Finished this Severe Crowding Skeletal Class 2 Case using a Non Extraction Approach and I am loving the new Profile of this Patient!

This is one of the cases I presented in the Table Clinics held at the International Association for Orthodontics Annual Conference in Washington DC, USA. That was in 2025, and was still a work in progress. And now the Case is finished!❤️

Look at the Canted Occlusal Plane and how I finished it.☺️

Would love to join the Case of the Year contest next year in Sydney, Australia. I might present a case about Mandibular Auto Rotation in Class 2 Division 1 Patient.

An Open Extraction Case.

Approach was to raise a 3 corner flap, ditch, luxate and elevate. Seems easy but the retrieval posed a challenge. The bone was already integrating the root fragments. To some extent, Ankylosis might be taking place. Non removal will surely affect the plan to have a Fixed Prosthesis. Closure required 2 interrupted and 1 figure eight sutures.

RCT of the 3rd is next.
