On June 23, 2026, our employees participated in 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹, facilitated by Mr. Prince William So.

This hands-on training empowered participants to maximize Microsoft Excel as a powerful tool for reporting, data analysis, and presentations. Through practical exercises, they strengthened their ability to organize, clean, and manage datasets while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication of information.

Participants also enhanced their proficiency in using Excel formulas and functions to automate calculations, streamline workflows, and improve overall productivity. The session further explored data validation techniques, chart creation, and dashboard development, enabling participants to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that support informed decision-making.

As we continue to invest in digital competency and professional development, we equip our workforce with the skills to work smarter, make data-driven decisions, and deliver excellence in every task.

On June 22, 2026, our employees participated in 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, facilitated by Ms. Celine Francisco at the Executive Lounge, 5th Floor, WCMC.

The session highlighted the vital role of exceptional customer service in achieving organizational goals. Participants gained valuable insights on demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and empathy while effectively communicating with customers through both verbal and non-verbal interactions.

The training also equipped participants with practical strategies for handling inquiries, addressing concerns and complaints, resolving conflicts, and responding confidently to challenging situations. More importantly, it reinforced the importance of building meaningful and lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement and a genuine commitment to service excellence.

On June 19, 2026, our leaders participated in 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, led by Pastor Dennis Espique at WCC ATC Binalonan Campus.

This meaningful learning session emphasized that coaching goes beyond giving instructions—it is about creating conversations that inspire growth, build trust, and strengthen relationships. Leaders learned practical coaching techniques that help team members feel heard, valued, and safe to express their ideas, concerns, and aspirations.

On March 24, 2026, Mr. Kim Tony Dizon discussed 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The training focused on empowering educators to excel in the classroom. Participants honed their skills in effective communication, feedback delivery, and presentations to make learning more engaging and impactful.

Participants also learned to align course syllabi, Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), and Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) with CMO standards, industry requirements, and outcomes-based education principles, ensuring quality assurance and relevance. Instructional materials and assessment tools were reviewed and enhanced to accurately evaluate student learning, now with the added advantage of using AI to create and optimize curriculums for greater efficiency and innovation.

With a focus on student-centered teaching and technology-enhanced instruction, participants explored strategies that make learning more interactive, personalized, and meaningful.

On March 23, 2026, our training on 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 equips participants with the essential skills to collect, verify, analyze, and present data with accuracy and purpose. From ensuring organized monitoring of safety and operational risks to producing reliable reports, this session highlights the value of precision and accountability in every step of the reporting process.

Participants also explored strategic data analysis, verification, and validation techniques to strengthen the quality of their outputs.
