NKTI Advisory: "UNAUTHORIZED USE OF NKTI AFFILIATION AND SCAM ALERT"

The public is hereby advised to exercise caution regarding an individual falsely claiming to represent the Institute to solicit payments for hospital bills through bank transfers or electronic payment platforms using this phone number 09282345424.

The public is advised to remain vigilant and observe the following precautions:

• Never send money based solely on instructions received through phone calls, text messages, Viber, Messenger, or other messaging applications.
• Do not disclose your personal, financial, or banking information to unknown individuals.
• Always verify all billing and payment instructions directly with the NKTI Billing and Claims Division through the Institute's official communication channels before making any payment.
• If you receive a suspicious call or message claiming to be from NKTI, do not proceed with the transaction. Save the conversation or screenshots and report the incident to the appropriate authorities, such as the Philippine National Police (PNP) or the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

NKTI Advisory: Mandatory Documentary Requirements for Post Kidney Z Benefit Patients.

Effective July 1, 2026, all Post-Kidney Transplant Z Benefit Patients are required to print, completely accomplish, and sign the forms (Annex I.1, Annex E.1, Annex K) before availing of Pharmacy, Laboratory, or Radiology services.

All approved patients will receive the forms in their email. You may also download the forms by scanning the QR code above or by visiting the PhilHealth website.
(Go to www.philhealth.gov.ph → Downloads → Z Benefit Documents →
Z Benefits Package for Post Kidney Transplantation Services in Adults → Claims Filing.)

Important Reminders:
1. Submit one (1) complete set of Annexes I.1, E.1, and K for each availment (e.g., separate sets for Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology services).
2. Electronic signatures (e-signatures) are NOT accepted.
3. Incomplete, unsigned, or improperly accomplished forms will not be accepted for claims processing.
4. Laboratory and Radiology vouchers must also be signed and dated by your attending physician.

💪 *NKTI Holds Hemodialysis Access Mission for Dialysis Patients*

*June 20, 2026* - The _Department of Organ Transplantation and Vascular Surgery (OTVS)_ conducted a Hemodialysis Access Mission as part of the National Kidney Month celebration. A total of 20 patients with end-stage renal disease were screened during the activity, with 15 patients successfully undergoing hemodialysis access creation. The mission focused on providing patients with permanent vascular access needed for long-term dialysis treatment. Many of the beneficiaries were patients awaiting access procedures that are essential for safer and more reliable dialysis. The activity also brought together transplant surgeons, nephrologists, and allied health professionals in coordinating patient care and procedural services. Through initiatives such as this, NKTI continues to help patients access timely interventions that support their dialysis treatment and overall health.
