CPPS WORK thanks the American Chamber of Commerce for having us in their "10th Talent Summit: Shifts in Talent Development Amidst Global Disruption" through a brown bag session on "Psychosocial Strategies for Talent Engagement and Retention: Navigating Mental Health and Performance in a Polycrisis World" facilitated by Ms. Karen Rose V. Binayas, RPsy.

We are happy to share about the human impact of our now normally disruptive environments, and we encourage all stakeholders to take a psychosocial safety management mindset in protecting our team members for emerging psychosocial risks.

Course Description:
Discipline and compliance alone are no longer enough to achieve real transformation in government agencies in 2026. Psychological Safety serves as the foundation where the fear of criticism is replaced by the courage to speak up. It is not simply about being polite; it is about creating an environment where candor is valued more than silence. As a public servant, you play a key role in shaping a culture where every employee can share ideas, ask questions, and report mistakes without fear of embarrassment or punishment, recognizing that in a safe organization, every feedback is treated as valuable data for improvement. This webinar focuses on using Psychological Safety as a strategic approach to eliminate the culture of silence and promote a reflective, responsive, and accountable bureaucracy. It emphasizes the importance of openness, collaboration, and collective responsibility in strengthening public service performance and organizational effectiveness. Participants will learn practical approaches to fostering open communication, strengthening team trust, encouraging participation, and building resilient and high-performing teams in government offices.
