Feeling not like yourself? Like observing your life from an outsider view? Detached, numb, unable to be present in the here and now? In my practice, I've encountered cases of soul loss that resulted from the physical body being overburdened and blocked by trauma or unprocessed pain/grief. The spiritual reflex is that the person's soul splinters, and the parts of the soul essence that couldn't bear inhabiting the blocked vessel (physical body) wanders off or gets trapped in other timelines. And the person goes on living like they're not fully themselves and/or numb to experiences.

After an in-person clearing session, ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐›๐จ๐๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐ง๐›๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐, the soul recognizes that it is safe to inhabit the vessel again, and returns to its person. Then, a feeling of being "back to one's self" like they haven't felt for a long time happens.
