Important Advisory: Virtual Access for Face-to-Face Participants

Dear Registered Participant,
Greetings from the Philippine Blood Coordinating Council (PBCC)!
As the 42nd Annual Convention officially begins today, August 18, 2026, we understand that the inclement weather may affect the ability of some registered face-to-face participants to travel to the venue.
For those registered for face-to-face participation who are unable to attend onsite due to the weather, you may still join the convention virtually.
The PBCC Virtual Platform can be accessed through the official PBCC website at pbcc.ph. Simply visit the website and click the Virtual Platform link to log in using your registered account credentials.
We encourage everyone to prioritize their safety and exercise appropriate judgment when travelling to the venue. Your participation remains important to us, whether onsite or virtually.

IMPORTANT CONVENTION REMINDERS

42nd PBCC Annual Convention

1. CONVENTION ENTRANCES

Due to the main lobby escalator renovation, participants may use:

* Crowne Plaza Galleria Main Lobby – use designated convention elevators
* Holiday Inn Entrance – proceed to designated convention access points
* Robinsons Galleria – TGIF Entrance, ADB Avenue – follow convention signage

Alternative entrances open at 7:00 AM.

2. PENDING MEMBER PICTURES

Members with pending picture submissions are reminded to submit their photo through pbcc.ph.

Deadline: August 17, 2026 | 12:00 NN

3. UPDATE YOUR PBCC MEMBERSHIP

Please ensure that your PBCC membership information and status are updated and settled before the convention to help avoid delays during registration and verification.

Registration for the Blood Donor Recruitment Retention and Care on October 23 to 25, 2026 is now open. The training is limited to Fifty (50) PBCC members only.
