Please see the attached Department of Health (DOH) Department Circular granting Official Business and Official Time for DOH Physicians and Medical Technologists attending the 42nd PBCC Annual Convention on August 18–20, 2026.

We have likewise submitted a request for the inclusion of Nurses under the same Department Circular. At present, we are seeking the DOH's reconsideration to extend the Official Business and Official Time coverage to our nursing colleagues.

We will provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
