Operated my patient who is on regular Hemodialysis due to a diseased kidneys, also sobrang mataas BP, at may tama rin chest xray. Nag acute pa 1 week bago maoperahan. Daming problem ni kuya, senior na, high risk pa ang clearance, pero sa awa ng Diyos, naraos po ng walang complications. Done Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy at Mary Jhonston Hospital. Di sya makakain ng maayos ng 1 month dahil umaatake kaya nangayayat, now pwede na mag buffet sa Vikings. Babawi na. Hehehe

Lacerated Wound at Forehead. Nadulas at nauntog.Wound suturing done, sterility maintained,Given anti tetanus vaccines.

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Pag tanggal ng Apdo dahil sa bato, gamit ang Laparoscopic machine. Kung sumasakit po bandang sikmura at kanang bahagi ng tyan, mag pacheck up po para maiwasan mga complications. Baka meron kayong Gallstone. PM lang po.
