Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounting Head to join our growing team.
Work Location: Bell-Kenz Tower, 127 Malakas Street, Diliman, Quezon City
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic financial plans in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other core accounting functions.
- Monitor cash flow, maintain banking relationships, and manage company funds to ensure financial stability.
- Lead internal and external audit activities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business planning and executive decision-making.
- Stay informed on updates in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- At least 2โ3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and team management abilities.
