Open Structural Septorhinoplasty

Whether it's a primary (virgin) rhinoplasty or a challenging revision case, always expect the unexpected. As I told my two training fellows, it's like opening a box of chocolates—you never know what you're going to get.

Today's case involved a short nose with a fractured, deviated septum resulting from a neglected nasal trauma. Structural reinforcement was achieved using Osteopore.
