Anunsyo patungkol sa mga naobserbahang pagbaha sa loob ng kampo

As of this time, may mga areas po sa loob ng kampo, gaya ng sa OPD area malapit sa multilevel parking, na nakaranas ng localized flooding dahil sa patuloy na pag-ulan.
Pinapaalalahanan po ang lahat ng personnel at visitors na magdoble ng pag-iingat sa paglalakad at pagmamaneho sa compound.

Sir/Ma’am, hinihikayat po namin ang lahat na:

-Iwasan ang mabilis na pagmamaneho lalo na sa mga mababang lugar na may tubig.

-Maging maingat sa madulas na daan upang maiwasan ang aksidente.

-Sumunod sa mga tagubilin ng MPs at Guards na naka-duty sa ating entrance at exit gates.

-I-report agad sa HHSSBn ang anumang hazardous areas para sa agarang aksyon.

Nais din naming ipabatid na ang drainage de‑cluttering at continuous monitoring works ay isinagawa at patuloy na isinasagawa upang mabawasan ang epekto ng malakas na ulan at maiwasan ang karagdagang pagbaha sa loob ng kampo.

𝗕𝗜𝗥 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗦 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝟮,𝟮𝟲𝟯 𝗩𝗔𝗧-𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗧 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) issued Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 27-2026 on April 8, 2026, publishing the FDA-endorsed full list of VAT-exempt drugs under Republic Act No. 10963, or the TRAIN Law, and Republic Act No. 11534, or the CREATE Act.

The Food and Drug Administration Philippines (FDA) of the Department of Health (Philippines) endorsed the updated list of 2,263 VAT-exempt drugs for the treatment of the following illnesses: 702 for cancer, 535 for hypertension, 327 for diabetes, 300 for mental illness, 171 for high cholesterol, 152 for kidney disease, and 76 for tuberculosis.

In line with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s directive to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for Filipinos, the Department of Finance, under Finance Secretary Frederick D. Go, supports the timely implementation of measures that help reduce the cost of essential medicines.

BIR Commissioner Charlito Martin R. Mendoza said, “This issuance forms part of the government’s continuing efforts to help ease the cost of essential medicines, especially for Filipinos managing chronic and critical illnesses.”

RMC No. 27-2026 further provides that the updated list supersedes previous revenue memorandum circulars issued on the matter and shall remain in effect until new updates are endorsed by the FDA.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN ANNOUNCEMENT
FOR THE GUIDANCE OF ALL PERSONNEL AND VISITORS

To ensure the safe, orderly, and continuous flow of both vehicular and pedestrian movement inside the MCAFP Compound, the following traffic management guidelines shall be strictly observed starting 12 0000 August 2026:

VEHICLE INGRESS
All vehicles shall enter the compound exclusively through Kalayaan Avenue.

VEHICLE EGRESS
All vehicles shall exit the compound via Maliksi Street.

AMBULANCES
Ambulances are authorized to use both the Kalayaan Avenue entrance and the Maliksi Street exit for emergency response and mobility requirements.

TRUCKS
Due to size and clearance limitations, trucks are authorized to enter only through Kalayaan Road.

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS
A temporary pedestrian gate is open at the Old OPD area while the main gate is undergoing repair. All pedestrians are advised to use this designated entry point. - HHSSBn

ANNOUNCEMENT
To: All MC, AFP Units and Visitors

Please be informed that the MC, AFP Main Entrance Gate will be temporarily closed effective 22 1600 July 2026 (Wednesday) to facilitate the scheduled renovation under the CY 2026 infrastructure improvement program.

During the renovation period, access to the camp shall be redirected as follows:

Maliksi Gate – Temporary Entrance Gate for pedestrians and vehicles, and Exit Gate for pedestrians

Kalayaan Gate – Temporary Exit Gate for vehicles and Entry/Exit Gate for pedestrians

All units, personnel, and visitors are advised to follow the temporary traffic scheme and cooperate to ensure smooth and orderly movement within the camp throughout the renovation period. - HHSSBn, MC, AFP

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. declared Friday, March 20, 2026, a regular holiday nationwide in observance of Eid'l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan) through Proclamation No. 1189, s. 2026.

In line with this, Infusion Room of Chemotherapy Unit shall be on holiday on 20 March 2026.
