I randomly felt the need to remove the stickers on my tumbler a little earlier.

Just like how I change phone cases a lot, using stickers is a medium for me to communicate my current state.

Whenever I change into a different phone case and remove stickers from my tumbler I really feel relieved!

Seeing my tumbler all fresh and uncluttered somehow revitalized me.

I realized the most recent Mercury retrograde just ended two days ago and how I feel after rubbing away glue from stickers is the way I feel after a retrograde.

The past two months have been challenging for me as I picked up a lot of energies from the environment. This has been the reason that I was not posting as much on top of facing the unsaid words or the rephrased comments that I should have said straight up.

Every time we don’t say something or don’t say things as we want them to be, an imbalance and build up of energy brews in our Throat Chakras.

Having these imbalances will either cause a hyperactivity or hypo-activity in our Throat Chakra (among other chakras.)

One of the benefits of Mercury retrogrades is that it forces us to face those blockages in our communication. It forces us to correct or to learn from how we communicate. Through the process of this purging, our blockages and imbalances may be cleared or at least improved.

It can be such a nuisance but it is a necessary event for us avoid being stuck or bursting.

So while retrogrades may be a drag, they can be liberating and refreshing at the end!
