Yesterday, August 13, 2026, marked the official blessing and opening of Piedrablanca Beachside Senior Care, ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฌ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐'๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐
๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, located in Purok 1, Brgy. Catagman.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us in celebrating this special milestone, including:

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Father Leif Simbajon, who officiated the blessing of our new facility. A native of Samal Island, Fr. Leif serves as the Parish Priest of St. John Paul II Parish in Brgy. Los Amigos, Tugbok District, Davao City, the home parish of our family compound in Sitio Puting Bato, Brgy. Riverside.

"Piedrablanca" is the Spanish translation of Puting Bato, a homage to the heartwarming legacy of our parents, Felomino and Caridad Sayon.
Back in the 1960s, when streetlights and distinct landmarks were scarce, our father, Felomino, painted a huge boulder white so our mother, Caridad, could easily spot her drop-off point on her commute home from teaching at Calinan Elementary School. She would tell the jeepney driver to stop at the "Puting Bato" (aron dili siya malampas). Over time, the name stuck and became the identity of our sitio.

Piedrablanca Beachside Senior Care is a proud family venture of the ๐๐๐ฒ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ, built on years of experience in senior and compassionate care:
Engr. Louis Sayon (Board President) and his wife, Edna Sayon (Board Member), together previously founded PLEKS Good Shepherd Care Home located in Gulf View Executive Homes, Bago Aplaya, Talomo District, Davao City. Supporting them are their children, Atty. Karen Sayon Revisa (with husband Atty. Kirk Revisa) and Engr. Phillip Sayon (with wife Karen Senires-Sayon).
Sheva Sayon Suam (Board Secretary) and her husband, Bienvenido Suam, together founded Golden Haven Retirement Homes at the family compound in Puting Bato, Brgy. Riverside, Calinan District, Davao City. Supporting them are their children, Krystel Deane Suam Oboza (with husband Alfonso Richard Oboza III) and Zoe Bien Sayon Suam.
Sylvia Sayon, retired CPA, serves as our Board Treasurer.
Engr. Angel Sayon (son of Sylvia), currently working overseas, serves as a Board Member.
Piedrablanca Beachside Senior Care stands as a living tribute to Felomino and Caridad Sayonโs enduring legacy of care, devotion, and community across generations.
