Makopas have been growing abundantly in the farm lately! Some of the ways we enjoy our makopas are through:

🍵 Mixing with a bit of cold tea
🧋Drinking some juice
🍎 Eating as is.

We missed Arab cuisine lately, so we tried recreating one of our family's favorite dishes, Batata Harra (بطاطة حاره), which literally means "spicy potato" in Arabic, alongside some "falafel" substitute (vege-meat balls) and chopped up veggies to wrap into our homemade pita bread!
