The Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC) at San Fabian RHU II located at Brgy. Mabilao, San Fabian Pangasinan is now officially reopened, bringing essential healthcare services closer to the community. This milestone reflects the continued commitment of our Local Government Unit to public health and safety under the leadership of our Honorable Mayor, Mayor Marlyn Espino Agbayani.
