The DOH-Camarines Sur Treatment and Rehabilitation Center participated in the HR Analytics: Raising Standards, Inspiring Excellence in Human Resource Management Summit conducted by Bicol Medical Center (BMC) on August 10β11, 2026. The two-day summit brought together HR practitioners and PRIME HRM implementers from various government agencies across the Bicol Region.
The summit provided an opportunity to learn from BMCβs experience in its implementation of PRIME HRM Level 3, including its practices, milestones, and challenges across the different PRIME HRM pillars. Participants also engaged with interactive booths featuring PRIME HRM trivia and activities related to each pillar.
Among the key points discussed were the integration of competency-based PRIME HRM across all pillars, the digitalization of HR processes, and the need to invest in appropriate IT systems and infrastructure to support and sustain effective HR systems and processes.
The DOH-Camarines Sur Treatment and Rehabilitation Center extends its appreciation to BMC Medical Center Chief II, Dr. Ronnie Gregorio B. Gigantone, the Executive Committee, and the PRIME HRM leaders for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and practices. The summit provided valuable insights that can support continuous improvement and the strengthening of human resource management practices.
