1️⃣ Your growing baby shifts your center of gravity.
2️⃣ Pregnancy hormones loosen your joints and ligaments.
3️⃣ Extra weight puts more strain on your back.
4️⃣ Poor posture and standing for long periods can make it worse.
5️⃣ Gentle stretching, good posture, and sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees may help.

💙 Severe back pain, fever, or bleeding during pregnancy should be checked by your healthcare provider.
