🩸🀝 Local government and community collaboration at its best.
The Municipality of Luna continues to advance Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health) and 17 (Partnerships) through its recent blood donation drive. Led by Mayor Gary N. Pinzon alongside ITRMC-NVBSP, this initiative highlights the life-saving impact of voluntary non-remunerated blood donation.

🩸 A Celebration of Life. A Tribute to Service. A Recognition of Commitment. ❀️
Some moments deserve to be remembered not only for the recognition they bring, but for the lives they have touched and the difference they continue to make.
On August 4, 2026, the Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center National Voluntary Blood Services Program commemorated National Blood Donors Month by honoring its valued stakeholders through a Stakeholders Recognition Ceremony held at the Speaker Pro Tempore Francisco I. Ortega Convention Center.
The occasion honored the invaluable contributions of our blood donors, stakeholders, partners, and advocates whose generosity and unwavering support continue to strengthen the Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center National Voluntary Blood Services Program.
Behind every successful blood donation campaign are people who give their time, resources, and, most importantly, a part of themselves to help save lives.
To every donor and stakeholder who has stood with usβ€”thank you for being part of a life-saving mission.
May this celebration remind us that a single act of generosity can become someone else's second chance at life.
πŸŽ₯ Relive the moments, celebrate the milestones, and witness the people behind the mission.
Together, we give. Together, we save lives. Together, we make a difference. 🩸❀️
