V.L. Makabali Memorial Hospital Inc. is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and qualified Registered Nurse to join our growing healthcare team and support the implementation of the PhilHealth YAKAP Program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a Licensed/Registered Nurse
- With a valid and updated PRC License
- Preferably with experience in Primary Care, Outpatient Department (OPD), Community Health, or PhilHealth-related services
- Knowledge and understanding of PhilHealth programs and benefits, particularly the YAKAP Program, is an advantage
- Proficient in patient assessment, health education, documentation, and care coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and capable of handling electronic documentation and reports
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willing to undergo training related to PhilHealth YAKAP implementation and primary healthcare services
- With a strong commitment to providing quality, patient-centered healthcare
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the implementation and delivery of PhilHealth YAKAP services.
- Conduct patient assessment, screening, health education, and health promotion.
- Assist patients with registration, enrollment, and navigation of available healthcare services and PhilHealth benefits.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation and submission of required reports.
- Coordinate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, and other concerned departments.
- Promote preventive healthcare, health promotion, and continuity of care.
- Provide excellent patient assistance and customer service.
