Ang rabies ay isang malubhang sakit na maaaring maipasa sa tao sa pamamagitan ng kagat, kalmot, o pagdila ng hayop sa bukas na sugat o mucous membranes. Dahil dito, mahalagang magkaroon ng agarang medical assessment pagkatapos ng isang animal bite o scratch exposure.

📌 Mahahalagang Paalala:
✔ Kahit maliit na kagat o kalmot ay dapat maipasuri sa healthcare professional.
✔ Ang tamang paglilinis ng sugat ay mahalagang unang hakbang.
✔ Ang anti-rabies vaccination at iba pang kinakailangang paggamot ay nakabatay sa uri ng exposure at pagsusuri ng physician.

Ang bakunang ito ay maaaring irekomenda para sa mga bata simula 9 months old, at para rin sa ilang adolescents at adults na hindi pa nababakunahan, batay sa kanilang vaccination history at payo ng healthcare professional.

Kung nais mong malaman kung ang Measles Vaccine ay angkop para sa iyong anak o sa iyong pamilya, handa ang aming healthcare professionals na magbigay ng tamang impormasyon at gabay.

Ang IPV ay bahagi ng recommended childhood immunization schedule at maaaring irekomenda para sa mga sanggol at bata. Sa ilang pagkakataon, maaari rin itong irekomenda para sa adolescents o adults batay sa kanilang vaccination history at payo ng healthcare professional.
