PAMAMAHAGI NG GAMOT PARA SA HPN/DM

Ang City Health Center 8, katuwang ang Pamahalaang Barangay ay magsasagawa ng Pamamahagi ng Gamot para sa mga kababayan nating may Hypertension (HPN) at Diabetes Mellitus (DM) upang patuloy na masuportahan ang inyong kalusugan at pang-araw-araw na gamutan.

Petsa: July 16, 2026
Venue: Marcela Health Center
Oras: 8:00 AM onwards

Inaabisuhan po ang lahat na maaaring dumating nang mas maaga sa takdang oras upang makapila at maiwasan ang dagsaan sa oras ng simula ng programa.
MGA DAPAT DALHIN:
• 1 VALID ID (mas mainam kung PhilHealth ID)
• Reseta mula sa doktor

PAALALA SA LAHAT:
Pinapayuhan ang lahat na magdala ng:
• Payong
• Tubig at snacks
• Pamaypay

Magdala rin po ng mahabang pasensya at pang-unawa, dahil inaasahan ang pila sa ganitong uri ng serbisyo. Sisikapin po ng ating tanggapan na mapabilis at maayos ang daloy ng pamamahagi para sa kapakanan ng lahat.

KARAGDAGANG SERBISYO:
Sa parehong araw ay magkakaroon din ng:
• FBS Testing (Fasting Blood Sugar)
• HIV Screening

PAALALA PARA SA FBS TESTING:
• Kailangan po ng 8 hours fasting
• Huling kain ay 11:00 PM ng naunang gabi
• Dumating nang maaga upang maayos ang schedule ng testing 8:00 AM dapat ay ma test na.

PAALALA PARA SA HIV SCREENING:
• Libre at CONFIDENTIAL ang screening
• Isinasagawa ito sa pamamagitan ng counseling at blood test
• Pinapayuhan ang mga magpapa-test na kumain nang maayos, magpahinga, at maging kalmado bago ang procedure.

Patuloy po tayong magtulungan para sa mas malusog na komunidad.
