🌿💚 WELLNESS MOVEMENT PROGRAM 2026 💚🌿

On May 19, 2026, the employees and healthcare workers of Ospital ng Lungsod ng San Jose del Monte gathered at the OLSJDM Roof Deck for the Wellness Movement Program: G.A.L.A.W. – Sama Sama sa Bagong Pilipinas.

The event was highlighted by an inspiring wellness talk from Mr. Jojie P. Maglaqui, who shared valuable insights on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, staying physically active, and prioritizing overall well-being. His message encouraged participants to embrace healthy habits not only in the workplace but also in their daily lives.

The program brought together employees in a morning filled with movement, learning, and camaraderie, reinforcing the importance of self-care and wellness in building a healthier workforce and community.

🩸 "ONE DROP OF HUMANITY, GIVE BLOOD. SAVE LIVES." 🩸

Lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng mga blood donors na naglaan ng kanilang oras, lakas, at malasakit upang makatulong sa kapwa. Ang inyong boluntaryong pag-aalay ng dugo ay isang napakahalagang ambag na nagbibigay-buhay at pag-asa sa mga pasyenteng nangangailangan.

Dahil sa inyong kabutihang-loob, maraming buhay ang nabibigyan ng panibagong pagkakataon. Kayo po ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon at tunay na halimbawa ng pagkakaisa, bayanihan, at malasakit sa ating komunidad.
