As part of the 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration, Ms. Devine, our Human Resource Officer, shared a simple yet touching gesture, handing a handmade flower to every female co-worker.
The gesture felt even more meaningful on , a day symbolized by the color purple, standing for dignity, justice, and women’s empowerment. With every flower she handed out, the message was clear: every woman’s presence, work, and contribution matter.
Ms. Devine embodied the spirit of the theme “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”. Just like the babaylans of our past who nurtured and uplifted their communities, she led through compassion and thoughtful action.
