Nueva Ecija Medical Center proudly unveils the NEMC Heart Hub – Heart and Vascular Unit, formerly the Cardiovascular Unit, now equipped with upgraded facilities and advanced diagnostic technology to better serve our patients.

Officially inaugurated through a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony last June 2, 2026, the newly enhanced Heart Hub features the latest Mindray cardiovascular diagnostic system, delivering more accurate, efficient, and reliable cardiac and vascular assessments.

"Playing Fair? We Don't Do That Here!" 🤣🏆

If Batch 3 had an official slogan, this would definitely be it.

From the moment the activities began, this batch proved that rules, schedules, and game mechanics were merely recommendations. Some participants arrived fashionably late—very fashionably late—thanks to a creative interpretation of the itinerary. By the time they arrived, others were already well into the activities. 😆

The games themselves were a spectacle. Every team wanted to win, and some groups pursued victory with a level of determination that would make professional athletes proud. Fair play was occasionally replaced by "innovative tactics," selective listening, and strategic negotiations with the facilitators. The louder the arguments became, the funnier the games got. 😂

Yet despite all the friendly cheating allegations, rule-bending, and competitive chaos, everyone left the field laughing, smiling, and with stories that will be retold for years.

After the games, the batch transformed from fierce competitors into professional models as everyone gathered for pictorials in their color-coded shirts and coordinated outfits. Each area proudly represented their team, creating photos that perfectly captured the spirit of unity, friendship, and organized disorder. 📸✨

As evening arrived, the celebration continued with not one, but two drinking groups. Conversations flowed, laughter echoed through the resort, and stories became increasingly entertaining as the night went on. Both groups claimed they were having the better party, while everyone else simply enjoyed the company, camaraderie, and memories being made. 🍻🌙

Batch 3 may not win any awards for following schedules, and they certainly won't be remembered for strict adherence to game rules—but they will absolutely be remembered for bringing energy, laughter, and unforgettable moments to NEMC Team Building 2026.

❤️ Because at the end of the day, it wasn't about who won the games—it was about who made the best memories.

"Leadership, Laughter, and Unlimited Food!" 🍽️🎸🌳

If Batch 1 set the standard, Batch 2 proved that leaders know how to work hard and have fun even harder. 😆

Composed mostly of department heads, supervisors, and dedicated staff members, Batch 2 demonstrated excellent teamwork, fair play, and the true essence of collaboration. Throughout the activities, everyone showed respect, cooperation, and healthy competition—until that one final game happened. 😂

What started as an organized challenge quickly turned into a hilarious scene of confusion when the mixed-up pictures left everyone second-guessing, debating, laughing, and running in every direction. For a moment, titles disappeared, leadership positions were forgotten, and everyone became professional guessers trying to make sense of the chaos. 🤣

But beyond the games, Batch 2 earned another distinction: the unofficial "Most Prepared Batch" award. 🍗🍕🍉

They arrived with enough food to feed a small village, ensuring that nobody left hungry and everyone left wondering if the team-building activities burned enough calories to justify a second—or third—round at the buffet table. 😅

As the sun set, the batch revealed another hidden strength: talent. The evening transformed into a memorable acoustic session under a beautifully lit tree, where music, laughter, stories, and friendships blended perfectly together. With guitars playing, voices singing, glasses raised, and colleagues sharing unforgettable moments, the night became a celebration not just of teamwork, but of the NEMC family itself.

Batch 2 reminded us that great leaders don't just guide teams—they build connections, create memories, and know exactly when to turn a simple gathering into something special.

From strategic minds to acoustic vibes, from organized leadership to picture-game chaos, Batch 2 gave us a team-building experience we'll never forget. ❤️

🏆 Batch 1: Setting the Bar High Since Day One! 🏆

Some teams compete. Some teams cooperate. Batch 1 did both—with style, sportsmanship, and just the right amount of late-night energy. 😄

From every challenge and activity, this group demonstrated what true teamwork looks like—playing fairly, supporting one another, following instructions exceptionally well, and bringing positive energy from start to finish. They proved that success is not only measured by winning games, but by working together, respecting the process, and enjoying every moment as one team.

And when the official activities ended? The camaraderie continued. The laughter got louder, the stories got funnier, and somehow everyone still managed to show up the next day looking ready for more. ☕😂

Batch 1 exemplified the spirit of NEMC—disciplined when it mattered, competitive when needed, and joyful all throughout.

Congratulations to the batch that followed directions so well that even the facilitators had nothing to remind them about! 👏😆
